I have over 22 years of international hands-on experience in various ICT roles in engineering, manufacturing and service industries. In my previous roles, I have been accountable for software development, project- and program management, business development, technology consulting, strategic IT planning and governance, enterprise architecture and innovation management. My name is Mark von Dewitz and I am professional Business Analyst and Enterprise Architecture Consultant. I love learning new things and getting a grip on complex and challenging projects. I have worked in a range of companies from different industries and can apply frameworks, standards and approaches to different contexts. My experience in modelling UML, BPMN, ArchiMate and other notations using well-established tools such as LeanIX, Sparx Enterprise Architect, ADOIT, ADONIS and others helps customers to break down complexity into easily comprehensible parts. In my previous roles I've been responsible for a country organization of a renowned US software company, heading big-5 IT consulting departments and was the CIO of a large manufacturing group. So I know from experience how to transform complex organizations. I'm specialized in creating ICT strategies, analyzing business requirements, defining blueprints, leading complex RFP processes and finally hands-on managing the implementation programs.
