My name is Juha Mylläri. I am a professional Enterprise Architect and consultant with a strong background in facilitating the interface between business and technology. I have over 22 years of international hands-on experience in various ICT roles in engineering, manufacturing and service industries. In my previous roles I have been accountable for software development, project- and program management, business development, technology consulting, strategic IT planning and governance, enterprise architecture and innovation management. My core competence and passion is to assist large enterprise companies on setting up sustainable enterprise architecture management processes and practices, and take over hands-on enterprise architecture roles ad interim and on demand.

I support my customers in a solution oriented way in various project roles, e.g. as IT Architect, Data Analyst, Data Modeler or as a ad-interim teamlead for the above mentioned topics. My name is Mark von Dewitz and I am professional Requirements Engineer and Enterprise Architecture Consultant. I have been working in ICT-consulting approximately four years. My strength and passion is supporting customers in establishing and developing an enterprise-wide enterprise architecture and requirements engineering practice. My experience in modelling UML, BPMN, ArchiMate and other notations using the wide-spread Sparx Enterprise Architect helps customers to break down complexity into easily comprehensible parts. In turn, this provides a basis for decisions and further architecture work. I actively support my customers with requirements engineering within projects and promote learning-by-doing and an iterative approach within projects and teams. In addition to my professional experience I am actively involved in applied research in the field of enterprise architecture and can provide first-hand knowledge on current scientific research.

My name is Beat Rhomberg and I am a senior Business Transformation Manager. Whatever major challenges you might have in your business process improvement-, master data management-, regulatory compliance-, ERP implementation- or any other large scale program: I've done it during the last 25 years of my professional life! In my previous roles I've been responsible for a country organization of a renowned US software company, heading big-5 IT consulting departments and was the CIO of a large manufacturing group. So I know from experience how to transform complex organizations. I'm specialized in creating ICT strategies, analyzing business requirements, defining blueprints, leading complex RFP processes and finally hands-on managing the implementation programs.
